BALDWINSVILLE — Four varsity golfers from the Oswego and Fulton teams will advance to the Section III state qualifier following their performances at the Section III SCAC Metro Division II Tournament on Wednesday at Radisson Greens Golf Course.

The Buccaneers’ Ryan Bartlett, Mike Douglas, and Jack Hall have all punched their ticket to the next round after respectively carding a 73, an 80, and an 82 at sectionals. For the Raiders, Robert Voss is moving on following his 18-hole score of 82 at the tournament.

Jack O’Leary shot an 84 for Oswego. Cole Cullinan and Neil Roman each scored an 88. Also for Fulton, Trey White had a 103.

The Bucs finished second as a team (407), 10 strokes behind tournament champion Jamesville-DeWitt (397). Cortland came in third (411), Auburn took fourth (416), the East Syracuse-Minoa Blue team grabbed fifth (424), and Central Square placed sixth (442).

The Section III state qualifier is slated for May 23 and 25 at the Seven Oaks Golf Club at Colgate University.
