The Fulton and Mexico varsity boys soccer teams, along with the Mexico varsity girls soccer team, have qualified for their respective Section III Class Tournaments.

In the opening round of the Class A boys playoffs, the seventh-seeded Raiders host 10th-seeded Carthage this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. The game was moved from today to Wednesday due today’s impending weather of heavy rain and wind. The winner of this matchup faces second-seeded Whitesboro this Friday in the quarterfinal round.

The Mexico varsity boys soccer team, the seventh seed in the Class B playoffs, host 10th-seeded Camden in the first round Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. The winner of this game moves on to the quarterfinal round and will take on either second-seeded Clinton or 15th-seeded Mount Markam Friday.

The Lady Tigers are the 15th seed in the Class B girls soccer bracket. Mexico hosts 18th-seeded Canastota 6:30 p.m. today in the preliminary round. The winner of this matchup moves on to the next round this Thursday, with the opponent to be determined.
