FULTON — Track-championship battles are going down to the wire at Fulton Speedway.

With just three points-paying nights left in the regular season, this Saturday’s program takes on added importance.

There will be features for the Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modifieds, Dot Foods DIRTcar Sportsman, Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux Late Models, and E&V Energy Novice Sportsman.

Power Seal Driveway Sealing is sponsoring the race night.

Gates open at 5 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m. at the track, located along Route 57, just south of Fulton.

Fans 18 and younger receive free grandstand admission.

Here are the Fulton Speedway points leaders in the DIRTcar Modifieds, DIRTcar Sportsman, and Late Models.

Modifieds: Larry Wight (661), Tim Sears Jr. (606), Ron Davis III (558), Dave Marcuccilli (554), Rob Bellinger (532).

Sportsman: Jackson Gill (638), Chris Mackey (608), Corey Barker (602), Alan Fink (601), Zach Sobotka (600).

In addition to the regular races, the female Sportsman racers will have a special race thanks to former Sportsman driver Matt Becker. The “First Lady of Fulton Dash” has a $329 purse.

In addition, Sportsman racer Tom Juno, owner of Power Seal Driveway Sealing, will also be having a dash with a unique format open to the Power Seal Six to compete. The drivers are Tom Juno, Tyler Corcoran, Corey Barker, Dylan Zacharias, Chris Mackey, and Alan Fink. The dash will pay $200 to the winner. The Backwards Dash will see the cars race in the opposite direction on the speedway.

Fans on Saturday are encouraged to stop by the midway at the track to see the cars of Tom Juno, Tyler Corcoran, and Corey Barker. Those cars will be pitted there so fans can see up close what goes on during a race night.
