MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Mrs. Anne Morrisey Bell, age 73, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, passed away suddenly Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020.
She was born in Canandaigua, New York, and was the daughter of the late Michael Emmett and Helen Murnan Morrisey. She was a resident of Oswego, New York, for 20 years.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, George R. Bell; daughter, Tricia Long (Steve); son, James R. Bell (Julie); sister, Mary Martone (Steve); brothers, Emmett J. Morrisey and John Phillip Morrisey; grandchildren, Zachary Long, Madison Anne Bell, Sydney Long, Marissa Bell and Makayla Bell; and sister-in-law, Amy Morrisey.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Tom and Mike Morrisey.
Mrs. Bell was a graduate of St. Mary Catholic Elementary, East Bloomfield High School and RBI Institute. She will be fondly remembered and missed by her family and friends.
A Celebration of Anne’s life will be held July 18, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and her ashes will be spread overlooking the farm she grew up on. Details will follow when the plans are finalized.
