VROOMAN RECEIVES CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION AT RETIREMENT

The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities and Technology Committee presents Mark Vrooman with a certificate of appreciation for his 31 years of service to the county.
