Oswego city police charged Alexander P. Azzarelli, 20, of 174 E. Second St., Oswego, with second-degree harassment, a violation, Tuesday.

Warrants

Oswego city police apprehended Gina M. Ferrara, 34, of 217 W. Third St., Fulton, based on a warrant out of the Oswego City Court on Wednesday.

Oswego city police apprehended Nicole A. Avery, 29, of 360 Park Ave., Fulton, based on a warrant out of Oswego City Court on Wednesday.

Larceny

Oswego city police charged Jolene R. Murray, 31, of 111 W. Utica St., Oswego, with two counts of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, on Thursday.

Fulton-based state police charged Theresa M. Odoherty, 48, of Fulton, with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Friday in the town of Granby.

AUO, other charges Oswego city police charged Jason E. Tooley, 38, of 191 W. Third St., Oswego, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and two traffic infractions on Thursday.

DWI, other charges

Fulton-based state police charged John W. Rowland, 41, of Fulton with driving while intoxicated, a class E felony, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, Friday in the city of Fulton.

Fulton-based state police charged Ismael S. Hernandez, 21, of Phoenix, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Sunday in the village of Phoenix.

Fulton-based state police charged Nicholas A. Staring, 21, of Pennellville, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Saturday in the town of Volney.

Hastings-based state police charged Eric W. Sands, 34, of Cleveland, N. Y., with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, Sunday in the town of Constantia.

Drug possession

Pulaski-based state police charged Kyle J. McGill, 23, of Bernhards Bay, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, Tuesday in the town of Albion.

Fulton-based state police charged Michael J. Maxam, 32, of Phoenix, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, Saturday in the town of Granby.

Menacing, other charges

Pulaski-based state police charged Paul A. Bevard, 53, of Parish, with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors, Friday in the town of Albion.

Failure to pay Hastings-based state police charged Jeffrey A. Dillon, 47, of Central Square, with failure to pay, a class A misdemeanor, Saturday in the town of Hastings.

Tampering, other charges Fulton-based state police charged two Oswego 14-year-old males with third-degree criminal tampering and second-degree criminal nuisance, both class B misdemeanors, Tuesday in the town of Scriba.
