Deputies charged Kathleen E. Wood, 44, of 472 county Route 85, Fulton, with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor, Feb. 11 in the town of Granby.
Deputies apprehended Keith R. Fullington, 58, of 92 Sarah Lane, Middletown, based on an Oswego County Family Court warrant Friday in the town of Hannibal.
Deputies apprehended Kevin J. Warner, 30, of 971 Red Schoolhouse Road, Fulton, based on an Oswego County Family Court warrant Tuesday in the town of Palermo.
Deputies apprehended Matthew T. Skardinski 27, of 11611 Pople Road, Cato, based on a warrant out of Oswego County Court charging him with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, Wednesday.
DWI, other charges
Deputies charged Jack S. Mead Jr., 50, of 30 Church St., Phoenix, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and four traffic infractions Tuesday in the town of Volney.
Deputies charged David A. Aquino, 22, of 20 Wood Musket Trail, Rochester, with operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and a speeding violation Sunday in the town of Amboy.
Deputies charged Jason A. Leventhal, 31, of 200 Kenny St., Fayetteville, with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and a traffic infraction Monday in the town of West Monroe.
Drug possession, other charges
Fulton-based state police charged Darryl W. McClellan, 29, of Cato, with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors, and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors, Tuesday in the town of Schroeppel.
Deputies charged Joseph R. Luppa, 18, of 9435 Hawkeye Drive, Brewerton, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, Tuesday in the town of West Monroe.
Deputies charged Nico D. Goncalves, 21, of 50 Harry Bryant Road, Amboy, with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor Tuesday in the town of West Monroe.
