Marijuana possession, other charges

Pulaski-based state police charged Joshua D. Parker, 29, of West Monroe, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Friday in the town of Williamstown.

Fulton-based state police charged Joshua D. Pierce, 23, of Oswego, with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Sunday in the city of Oswego.

Fulton-based state police charged Ryan A. Johnson, 22, of Jamesville, with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Saturday in the town of Schroeppel.

Pulaski-based state police charged Justin C. Parker, 30, of Central Square, with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Friday in the town of Williamstown.

Burglary

Fulton-based state police charged Armond H. Aubin, 32, of Oswego, with second-degree burglary, a class C felony, Friday in the town of Scriba.

DWI, other charges

Fulton-based state police charged Lynn T. Brunk, 37, of Hastings, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Friday in the town of Schroeppel.

Fulton-based state police charged Robert V. DeLong, 29, of Oswego, with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, Friday in the town of Volney.

Acting in a manner injurious to a child

Fulton-based state police charged Dan Gibides, 45, of Phoenix, with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor, Saturday in the town of Schroeppel.
