Hastings-based state police charged Stephanie D. Damiano, 46, of Hastings, with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation, Monday in the town of Hastings.

AUO, other charges

Oswego city police charged William E. West, 25, of 523 county Route 35, Fulton, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and three traffic infractions Thursday.

Deputies charged Kristen L. Albright, 20, of 305 Woolsron Road, Oswego, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, a violation, Feb. 2 in the town of Scriba.

Deputies charged Ruth G. Hernandez, 38, of 19 Water-view Road, Lot 36, Oswego, with third-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, a violation, Feb 2. in the town of Oswego.

Deputies charged Rheesa T. Rood, 26, of 227 Halsey Road, Pulaski, with third-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, a violation, Feb 2. in the village of Pulaski.

Deputies charged Lisa M. Kisselstein, 47, of 393 Ridge Road, Oswego, with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Friday in the town of Scriba.

Deputies charged Thomas A. Brown, 34, of 462 Broad-well Ave., Fulton, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and a traffic infraction Saturday in the town of Granby.

Noise violation, other charges

Oswego city police charged Diana R. Hemingway, 24, of 94 East Sixth St., Oswego, with a violation of the city's noise ordinance Feb 2. Hemingway was also charged with another violation of the city's noise ordinance, disorderly conduct, and dumping in prohibited areas, all violations, Friday.

Warrants

Oswego city police apprehended Makenzie L. Kelly, 21, of 872 county Route 35, Mexico, based on a warrant out of Oswego City Court.

Oswego city police apprehended Amanda N Clark, 27, of 3822 Canal Road, Bouckville, on a warrant out of Oswego City Court Saturday in the town of Cicero.

Marijuana possession

Oswego city police charged Richard B. Nguyen, 20, of 106 High St., Syracuse, with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Saturday.

Open container

Oswego city police charged Cody T. Hokanson, 22, of 179 Golden Meadow Way, Warners, with a violation of the city's open container ordinance on Saturday.

Contempt

Oswego city police charged Felipe E. Rodriguez, 20, of 88 Maiden Lane Road Building 19, Oswego, with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor, Friday.

Larceny

Oswego city police charged Adam J. Erno, 21, of 56 Liberty St., Apt. C, Oswego, with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Friday.

Deputies charged Dennis J. Pike, 42, of 1875 country Route 12, Central Square, with three counts of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Friday in the town of Granby.

Deputies charged Keven J. Warner, 30, of 951 Red Schoolhouse Road, Fulton, with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Sunday in Fulton.

Harassment, other charges

Deputies charged Darcia M. Phillips, 48, of 45 Parkhurst Road, Oswego, with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct, both violations, third-degree criminal tampering, a class B misdemeanor, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors, Friday in the town of Minetto.

DWI, other charges

Deputies charged Alexander Rogov, 21, of 3812 Riverspoint Way, Clay, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Saturday in the town of Mexico.
