DWI

Fulton-based state police charged Charles J. Ruta, 59, of Fulton, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol-content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Wednesday in the town of Granby.

Fulton-based state police charged Christopher A. Jones, 43, of Hannibal, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol-content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Wednesday in the town of Granby.

Pulaski-based state police charged Shayne O. Summers, 59, of Pulaski, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol-content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Wednesday in the village of Pulaski.

Possession of stolen property

Hastings-based state police charged John J. Murphy, 56, of Cleveland, with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor, Wednesday in the town of Constantia.

Grand larceny, other charges Oswego city police charged Darren C. Perry, 19, of 82 E. Tenth and ½ St., Oswego, with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, and petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor, Tuesday.

Public urination

Oswego city police charged Drew D. Ormsby, 19, of 144 E. Seneca St., Oswego, with public urination, a violation, Sunday.

Warrants

Oswego city police apprehended Joshua P. Lathrop, 27, of 268 W. Eighth St., Oswego, Monday based on a bench warrant issued out of Oswego City Court Oswego city police apprehended Laurie M. Shipley, 22, of 626 county Route 1, Oswego, Tuesday based on a felony bench warrant issued out of Oswego City Court.

Prohibited dumping

Oswego city police charged Tyler M. Kurkela, 21, of 27 Cutter Court West, Islip, NY, with dumping in prohibited areas, a violation, Tuesday.
