Fulton-based state police charged Justin A. Stevens, 25, of Fulton, with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, all misdemeanors, Friday in the town of Palermo.

Fulton-based state police charged Timothy N. June, 33, of Phoenix, with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, Saturday in the town of Schroeppel.

Hastings-based state police charged David S. Blasier, 49, of Cleveland, N.Y., with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Saturday in the town of Constantia.

Fulton-based state police charged David C. Lorentzen, 32, of Oswego, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Saturday in the town of Granby.

Fulton-based state police charged Magnolia G. Fox, 33, of Syracuse, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Saturday in the city of Fulton.

Marijuana possession

Fulton-based state police charged Nathaniel J. Cleveland, 33, of Adams, with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Saturday in the town of Schroeppel.

Fulton-based state police charged Anna M. Massaro, 49, of Solvay, with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Sunday in the town of Granby.
