Oswego city police charged James Button, of 238 W. Fifth St., Oswego, with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors, on Monday.

Acting in a manner injurious to a child, other charges Oswego city police charged John A. Hess, of 715 E. Broadway, Fulton, with acting in a manner injurious to a child, and sexual misconduct, both class A misdemeanor, on Tuesday.

DWI

Oswego city police charged Abner Bradley, 52, of 52 E. Seventh St., upper apartment, Oswego, with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, on March 27.

Criminal obstruction of breathing, other charges

Oswego city police charged Marquis D. Andrews, 22, of 272 W. Eighth St., Oswego, with criminal obstruction of breathing, a class A misdemeanor, third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation, on March 27.

Possession of a forged instrument, other charges

Pulaski-based state police charged Wayne A. Priest, 27, of Parish, with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, in the town of Parish on March 16.

Criminal possession of a controlled substance, other charges

Pulaski-based state police charged Jeffery L. Spink, 29, of Parish, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol, both misdemeanors, in the town of Albion on Thursday.

Unlawful possession of marijuana

Fulton-based state police charged Christy H. Ackerman, 20, of Pennellville, and Travis L. Dickinson, 23, of Phoenix, with unlawful possession of marijuana in the town of Granby on Thursday.

Petit larceny

Deputies charges John P. Smith, 45, of 3671 state Route 3, Fulton, with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, in the town of Granby on Thursday.

Deputies charged a 17-year-old male residing in the town of Oswego with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, in the town of Granby on Thursday.

Fulton-based state police charged Michael J. Morrisette, 30, of Oswego, and Alyssa M. Rowe, 19, of Fulton, with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, in the city of Fulton on Thursday.

Criminal possession of stolen property

Fulton-based state police charged Christine E. Rivera, 23, of Oswego, and Trevor J. Jock, 25, of Oswego, with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor, in the city of Oswego on Thursday.
