Fulton-based state police charged Carson J. Pluff, 24, of Fulton, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, and four traffic infractions Sunday in the town of Granby.

Fulton-based state police charged Donald J. Wallace, 59, of Oswego, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Saturday in the city of Oswego.

Fulton-based state police charged William A. Cooper, 70, of Pennellville, with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and two traffic infractions Friday in the town of Schroeppel.

Fulton-based state police charged Jamie L. Adams, 36, of Baldwinsville, with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, Friday in the town of Minetto.

Contempt

Hastings-based state police charged Gary K. Hendrickson, 43, of Bernhards Bay, with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor, Sunday in the town of Constantia.

Disorderly conduct

Pulaski-based state police Gary L. Dann, 52, of Palermo, with disorderly conduct, a violation, Saturday in the town of Mexico.

Marijuana possession

Fulton-based state police charged an 18-year old man of Scriba with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Friday in the city of Fulton.

Pulaski-based state police charged Scott J. Borzor, 45, of Sandy Creek, with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and a traffic infraction Saturday in the town of Mexico.
