Pulaski-based state police charged Clifford W. Farmer, 39, of Sandy Creek, with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors, Tuesday in the town of Sandy Creek.

Deputies charged Ryan R. Skinner, 23, of 133 Mason Road, Mexico, with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and a traffic infraction Wednesday in the town of Scriba.

Oswego city police charged Daniel E. Memmoh, 38, of 10 Woodview Drive, Parish, with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and two traffic infractions on Sept. 17.

Possession of stolen property

Pulaski-based state police charged Matthew D. Colling, 28, Maseo S. Tucker, 21, and Alexander P. Azzarelli, 21, all of Oswego, with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class E felony, in September in the town of Richland.

Reckless endangerment

Pulaski-based state police charged Scott W. Tousley, 32, of Pulaski, with second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, Tuesday in the town of Richland.

Larceny

Fulton-based state police charged Alisa A. Tanner, 43, of Fulton, with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Tuesday in the town of Granby.

Fulton-based state police charged Debra A. Munger, 58, of Fulton, with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Thursday in the town of Granby.

Fulton-based state police charged Robert S. Hall, 24, of Pennellville, with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Wednesday in the town of Granby.

Trespass, other charges

Fulton-based state police charged Timothy F. Gareau, 48, of Fulton, with second-degree criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation, Tuesday in the town of Volney.

Oswego city police charged David Nichols, 30, of 17 Sunset Lane, Miller Place, N.Y., with second-degree criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor, on Sept. 17.

AUO, other charges

Deputies charged Kelsey E. Nazarian, 24, of 376 county Route 3, Fulton, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and two traffic infractions Monday in the town of Granby.

Deputies charged Michael S. Glahn, 26, of 104 state Route 49, Cleveland, N.Y., with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and three traffic infractions Thursday in the town of Parish.

Deputies charged Terry L. Muir, 54, of 941 Stone Hill Road, Williamstown, with public lewdness, a class B misdemeanor, Tuesday in the town of Albion.

Oswego city police charged Jose A. Batista, 19, of 302 Astonia Blvd., Apt. 1H, Astonia, with an open container violation and unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage on Sept. 16.

Oswego city police charged Julian T. Cleveland, 22, of 1812 Clay Ave., Apt. 1B, Bronx, with an open container violation on Sept. 16.

Oswego city police charged David R. Olney, 20, of 786 Lansing St., Watertown, with an open container violation, resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage on Sept. 16.

Oswego city police charged Jonathan R. Crast, 22, of 16366 county Route 90, Mannsville, with an open container violation on Sept. 16.

Oswego city police charged Serena J. Ruggiero, 19, of 37 Sandy Lane, Selden, with an open container violation on Sept. 16.

Hastings-based state police charged David E. Kline, 47, of Pennellville, with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and criminal obstruction of breathing, all class A misdemeanors, and two infractions Thursday in the town of Hastings.

Fulton-based state police charged an 18-year-old Fulton male with third-degree assault, second-degree menacing and criminal obstruction of breathing, all class A misdemeanors, second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and second-degree harassment, a violation, Thursday in the town of Schroeppel.

Burglary, other charges

Hastings-based state police charged Bret J. Relyea, 24, of Blossvale, with third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor, fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, first-degree burglary, a class B felony, second-degree obstructing government administration, resisting arrest and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation, Wednesday in the town of Constantia.

Drug possession, other charges

Pulaski-based state police charged Jared R. VanDyke, 31, of Cicero, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Wednesday in the town of Hastings.

Noise violation

Oswego city police charged Brendan M. Cioffi, 20, of 50 Liberty St., Oswego, with a noise ordinance violation on Sept. 17.

Warrant

Oswego city police apprehended Tiffany L. Warren, 29, of 134 Midland St., Apt. 2, Oswego, on Sept. 17 on a warrant issued out of Oswego City Court.

Criminal mischief

Deputies charged Terri L. Tyler, 27, of 23 Woodland Drive, Fulton, with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, Wednesday in the town of Hannibal.

Harassment, other charges

Deputies charged Emily J. Miner, 32, of 38 Birch Lane, Apt. 39B, Oswego, with second-degree harassment, a violation, and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor, Wednesday in the town of Scriba.
