Assemblyman acknowledges OCO

New York State Assemblyman Will Barclay presents Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) Executive Director Diane Cooper-Currier with a proclamation recognizing OCO ' s 50th anniversary. "For the last 50 years OCO has sought to renew the life of its own community hand in hand with those who were the tired, the poor, the discouraged and the disadvantaged. What began as a venture in faith is now a strong, vibrant agency which actively and effectively strives to build partnerships which improve the quality of life and create successful communities. Organizations of such noble aims and accomplishments should be recognized by all citizens of this great Empire State. Therefore the New York State Legislature is proud to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Oswego County Opportunities," said Barclay.
